I much appreciate your help and advice
I can see that to be a witness the responsibility increases as you basically are taking care of the network and steemit.com itself 
In the same time and very important is to help Steemians around the platform to get as much positive attention as you can 

I am hoping to become a witness!
But I can see and understand more about the role a Witness plays on Planet Steemit now 
I will take my time and learn more from the top Witness as those you mentioned

I was a bit worried that witnesses will become a bit harsh on newbies 
But I see that this Is not the case
