yeah, i think people either resonate with it or they don't. In the past, I used my dark moods to create art or other things, but this new version of darkness doesn't seem to find any kind of release valve......

I think it is a matter of severity. When it is really bad I just lie in bed and do nothing. Try the lightbox - I think it does help. [This](https://www.amazon.com/Philips-goLITE-BLU-Therapy-Device/dp/B001I45XL8/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1481579237&sr=8-3&keywords=philips+light+box) is the one I use but it is discontinued and hard to find at the regular price. The [new version](https://www.amazon.com/Philips-GoLITE-Energy-Light-Rechargeable/dp/B00M3SGD4Y/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1481579237&sr=8-1&keywords=philips+light+box) should work just as well. Not cheap but well worth it and because it uses blue light you can get away with using it for less minutes every day. I do two 15 minute sessions in the morning.
