We are sooo close, and soooo far from implementing this.

Such as, working on my last house, i had to go down to the county building and search through micro-fiche to get a recording of the plat.

Something that should have been in digital form... but really, no one has even started.  

We would need to start entering all the plat maps and then running algorithms that made sure that all land was in one, and only one token.
This is a monumental undertaking.

Even title companies buy insurance... because there is no way they can be absolutely sure.
