As #Steem continues to evolve and grow I would like to once again encourage as many people in the #Steem Community to reach out to Communities around the World to come and join us here on #Steem.

By reaching out to whole Communities it is a great way to onboard those Communities looking to monetise their Community.

Over the last few years I have talked to a phenomenal number of Communities and they all appear to have one similar challenge when it comes to rewarding their Community Members for their contributions.

This is where #Steem comes in.

As a very powerful Global Rewards and Distribution Platform, Communities can harness the power of the #Steem Protocol and direct funds to those Members of their Community that they see fit.

As more Communities wake up to the #Steem Protocol as a very powerful Global Rewards and Distribution Platform, Communities harnessing the power of the #Steem Blockchain will essentially manage their own Promotional Funds on #Steem and direct these funds to those members of their Community as their Community chooses.

Essentially what we will see are Communities within Communities.!!

As the penny drops on Social Media I would like to once again encourage as many people to Market and Promote #Steem to Communities as a "Community within a Community".

By doing so, we can essentially onboard huge Communities in mass numbers with each Community having what is effectively their very own Micro-EcoSystem within #Steem.

What they do and how they distribute their funds is entirely up to themselves.

<h2>Organic Growth of #Steem - Killer Project for #Steem</h2>

For me, the Killer Project for #Steem has always been to onboard whole Communities and allowing these Communities to bring with them whatever Funds they see fit.

By converting these Funds to #Steem Power and distributing it to their Community Members is entirely up to themselves.

It is this organic growth of #Steem both in Numbers of Users and Community Inward Investment that will catapult #Steem as the preferred choice to share and reward User Created Content on Social Media.
