<p>This ground breaking concept of combining a Cryptocurrency and a Social Media platform powered by the cutting edge technology of the Blockchain is set to revolutionise the way Social Media Content Providers will be rewarded in the future.</p>
<p>Up until now Social Media Content Providers have shared their talents for free to the sole benefit of Institutional Shareholders who have for the last +10 years benefited from this mountain of valuable data to the detriment of the Providers.</p>
<p>This is all about to change.</p>
<h2>UNIQUE POSITION</h2>
<p><strong>STEEMIT </strong>is in a very unique position as it has now proven the technology and engagement of the users by growing the Community over the last year.</p>

Steem/Steemit hasn't even scratched the surface yet. "take it to market" means take your product to the market and sell the concept. Steemit now needs some clever marketing / branding / awareness so that the masses hear and adopt it. No one knows that it exists yet. This must change. Stephen

Yep, you are right on, now is the perfect time to build on the momentum we've got from the recent whale "experiment" and price rise to really get this snowball rolling downhill!  Although still in beta, the platform is perfectly usable at this point and already feature rich enough to go ahead with a major marketing effort.  That, combined with the excellent changes coming from the 2017 roadmap, could be the start of the mass adoption we'd all like to see.
