Livestreaming the event is an outstanding idea. Users that won't be able to make the long journey because of challenges like transport costs will take part of the event through DLive. It's an expensive trip everyone around the world can't afford. And I feel all users that fail to make the journey will be joined together on Dlive.. as steemit is one big family that shouldn't have anyone left out.

The idea of looping the presentation in two monitors is really great, we usually see movie trailers being looped in cinema halls like that and we pay attention to that so thumbs up. It’s amazing that we have got two one hours presentation in the conferree room and i wish i could join in in and watch the show live. Yes we would very much love to see the show live on Dlive and its a fascinating idea as it’s highly connected to steemit and. That looks fantastic people steemit is just growing and is growing at a superfast pace where hundreds of new people join it daily. I guess this is just the start of a great community. And these are cheetahs of the long run.

Really looking forward to the event, I will vlog the day :) I think for people who can't come having the event streamed on dlive would be of great interest :) 

My suggestions are:

### 1 - Attendees could have a tag with their name and username
At the steem stand we can pick up tags with the logo and write our names/usernames so when we walk around the event people can see it and we can direct them to the stand.
### 2 - Mention the positivity and support among users
It is no secret that the community is supportive, encouraging and motivating so I think it should be mentioned as a selling point about the environment of the platforms
### 3 - Registration video
I saw @allasyummyfood made a video explaining how to register, we could use a similar screen recorded video of the process of registration and show it to whoever is interested
### 4 - Pens and Notebooks
People will want to take notes during conferences or throughout the day, having pens or notebooks with the steem logo will give them something they will use throughout the day and remind them about our stand

These are just a few ideas I thought while watching your video @stephankendal, I think I will be speaking with Matt on thursday he's organising a london skype call so if I come up with other suggestions I'll mention them to him.
