Gym Progress 09/25/19; Yoga 9/24

# Yoga Yesterday (1 hour)
Felt like I made some improvement;  I still cant do some of the moves, but I feel both looser and better able to control balance.  I fell out a lot less.
I do need to get off my ass and study (book-wise) some of these moves, and see if there are fatass compromises until I get able to do the pose fully.
I did ask, and the type of yoga is Vinyasa yoga.  She did note it was a combination of Vinsaya and something else, but I'm not sure if I heard the word right for the second kind, and  I can't find what I thought I heard ;>

So, what I'll do is list the poses we do, and see where they originate from...maybe it's there.
(***Note:  Not in order, not complete, and not necessarily right...this is me brainstorming***)

+ Downward Facing Dog
+ Warrior
+ Swan
+ Cobra
+ Eagle
+ Side Plank
+ Tree Pose
+ Rocking Child
+ Frog?? (whatever it was, I could only half-ass it)

Now if I can just remember to come back to this post and research from here...

# Notes
+ I am beginning a MWF weightlifting schedule, and a T-Th yoga schedule (certainly gets my days in gym count up ;>);  If I don't start crapping out too much, I'll add cardio to my yoga days (maybe swimming so I don't stink at yoga?)
+ I have been eating slightly over my daily targets (picked up a pound);  need to get serious about more fasts, and better appetite control
+ I am worried about losing muscle while I lose weight, so I'll keep reading.  One theory is that as long as you are *using* your muscle, you won't lose it.
+ I had to quit early today; stomach acid was kicking up.  I did fail to take my pantoprozole two days in a row.  it is a stomach acid neutralizer that is supposed to heal the sores in my gut as well.  Sounds like Italian food ;>
