I ended the last self-organizational post with these words:
>Continue the personal organization process and put some discipline into it.

And have done nothing along those lines since...

Of course, I have excuses
+ I got loaded Sunday night, and have been feeling *ugh* since then
+ A week long rain has dried up, necessitating work on the pool
+ And along with the rain, the septic tank overflowed ;>

So it's not like I been sitting on my butt the last coupla days, but I haven't finished up what I set out to do...*and that's OK*

# Life happens
...and when it happens, you deal with *what is* INSTEAD of *what you'd like*

*What I'd like*  was to finish this self-organizational process and get back to writing; but *what is* was a green pool and an odorous discharge in the front yard.

Now I could have indulged in some self-discipline and after I took care of the priorities, kept hacking away at this block of marble that will become a 100% efficient and merciless writing machine, but *hangover*...

And I have learned some lessons from this...either that or I have started applying the lessons I have learned from previous episodes along these lines.

+ Pick your priorities - you can't have nastiness around your house when you are trying to get stuff done.
+ Booze is bad, hmmkay - I wish I had learned this lesson in my 20's (***think of the money and time I would have saved***) instead of in my late 40's.  I haven't drank in a while, and I was able to polish off 9 beers...which would have incapacitated me completely last year...*thank g^d for weightlifting, ne?*:  ***Wait, stop bragging Steve ;>*** It is not that drinking is bad, but it is too easy to indulge in and have to pay the price for later.
+ Missing goals is not bad in itself - It depends on *the priorities those goals were set to address*
+ Rome wasn't built in a day -  This ties in closely with the last.  Some goals are long-term; whether that is dieting, body-building, learning self-discipline, or any other process that requires a lot of work to achieve.  Sometimes you will slip, or be knocked off the path.  ***Get back up and continue on your way!***

+ Get back to writing @informationwar material and helping the community:  I think we are moving towards some movement on the *Drain The Swamp* front very quickly.
+ Go to Gym More
