# The Information War tag

I would like to suggest the use of the #informationwar tag in discussing long term strategies, players, and methods.

I am going to note that I will be using the tag to bring up things that I know as fact, but that I will also speculate, but in doing so I will make sure to let know know which is fact and which is speculation.

***Let me stress that it is not possible to have the full and accurate information on many aspects of this war, due to the nature of the war itself!***

We should continue to use the tag #fakenews to discuss individual acts of media disinformation and media dishonesty as a whole, but fake news and propaganda are just some of the tools in the full toolbox of Information War.

Be aware of binary thinking, and don't fall in love with one theory.  Understand your biases. Understand that MOST people don't care OR don't want to get involved.  Conserve your emotion.
