Balanced and Regulated LIFE......!

Today's thought is about "<em>how balanced is our life and how well regulated we are are within ourselves</em>". Controlling our ego, anger, greed, lust and attachment are probably the most difficult things to do in our life. But the solution to these lies with ourselves only. "<em><b>self control</b></em>" comes from "<em><b>self realization</b></em>", "<em><b>self realization</b></em>" comes from "<em><b>self introspection</b></em>", "<em><b>self introspection</b></em>" comes from "<em><b>patience</b></em>" and "<em><b>patience</b></em>" comes from "<em><b>practice</b></em>". When we say that we are trying to control the above, then we are certainly in our first step.

What already happened (incidents) in our life always tend to give a lazy picture in our life in present or in future. Human tendency tend to forget the things...be it a bitter one or a sweeter one.....but the derogatory remarks made by someone in an incident used to get printed in our memory for a long time based the magnitude of our ego level. Once the ego level goes down, we tend to be happier and lighter....

Now coming to <em><b>patience</b></em>. "<em>Patience is a rare state of mind where we are neither too much happy on the happening of favorable event nor too much depressed on the happening of unfavorable event</em>". This is the state of mind in which we remain constantly in "<em><b>content</b></em>" all the time. In order to enhance <em>patience</em> the <em>consciousness</em> should also rise with in yourself which would help to achieve that very easily.

The entire universe is ready to give you all the powerful and positive energy, but the problem is that you have not made yourself capable to habitat upon those energies, once you are ready then definitely the "<em>the law of attraction</b></em>" will do the trick for you. Just remember, you will not get from the universe what you want....rather you will get from the universe for what you are....

Thank you for these words of wisdom... It hit home, especially your explanation of the state of patience. I have been very impatient throughout my youth, although I have a strong habit of meditation/ introspection for many years. Still, my life has more extremes than I would like. I appreciate you reminding me to slow down, cultivate patience, and achieve more moderation in my life.
