Super Representative in TRON network is just like Witnesses in STEEM network.  

Super Representatives contribute an important part in the governance of the TRON community by maintaining necessary tasks, such as Production of Blocks, accounting, and collecting proportional revenue.

Any account on the TRON network can submit a request to become a Super Representative and every account has the ability to vote for Super Representative.

The top 27 accounts that received majority votes are <b>Super Representative</b> in the TRON network and only  <b>Super Representative</b> can produce a Block in the TRON network.

Accounts who apply to become <b>Super Representative</b> have to pay fees 9999 TRX as fees.

TRON Network produces one block per 3 seconds, as mentioned only <b>Super Representative</b> can produce blocks, for each block 16 TRX given to <b>Super Representative</b> as a reward from TRON Network.

<b>Super Representative</b> has rights to raise a modification proposals in TRON network parameter.

The vote counted every 6 hours so it is possible to change <b>Super Representatives</b> every 6 hours.

<center><b>Super Representative Partners.</b></center>

The accounts that received votes but less than for Super Representative, 28 to 127 accounts will be known as Super Representative Partners for TRON Network.

Super Representative Partners received only voting rewards without performing mentioned above tasks. Still, they also have a right to raise a modification proposal in the TRON network parameter.

In the TRON network, the votes are updated every 6 hours, according to its proportion the rewards are distributed to the Super Representative Partners.

For how to become Super Representative Partners, you can refer same steps mentioned above, when you are at a place between 28 to 127 then you will be Super Representative Partners in the TRON network.

<center><b>Super Representative Candidates.</b></center>

The accounts that received votes but less than Super Representative and Super Representative Partners, the accounts after 128 will be known as <b>Super Representative Candidates</b>.

In order to prevent Vicious Attacks, the TRON Network burns those 9999 TRX as fees received from the accounts that applied to become <b>Representative Candidates.</b>.


<center><b>TRON Network Reward Calculation.</b></center>

The formula used in the TRON network to calculate Total Rewards is  Vote Reward + Block Reward
.
***Vote Rewards.***

- Each block 16 TRX vote reards in produce every 3 seconds, every minute there will be 20 blocks.

- Every 6 hours vote counted and based on it changes Super Representative.

- Including Super Representative and Super Representative Partners, all 127 accounts, the vote rewards counted based on the below concept.

Per Block: 16 TRX

Per Minute Blocks: 20

Minutes per hour: 60

Voting window hours: 6

Election per day: 4

Now just multiply all the above numbers and then the result will multiple by 20%.

16 x 20 x 60 x 6 x 4 = 460800  x 20%.

Each candidate rewarded with 460800 x number of votes/number of total votes 

These numbers can change or less according to the missed blocks 

***Block Rewards.***

- Blocks are created by Super Representative and it is one after another, 32 TRX is Block reward for each Block. The Block rewards per day are counted based on the below concept.

Block Reward for each Block: 32

Blocks Per min: 20

Minutes per hour: 60

Total Hours in a day: 24

Now just multiply all the above numbers and then the result will be divided by 27 as total Super Representative in a TRON Network.

Block Reward per day: 32 x 20 x 60 x 24 = 921600 

Block Reward per day to 27 Super Representative = 921600/27 = 34133 TRX

Super Representative will receive around 402773 TRX as total rewards per day from TRON Network.

<center><b>Difference In DPOS and POS Consensus Mechanisms.</b></center>

DPoS full form is Delegated Proof of Stake and full form of PoS is Proof of Stake, these both are consensus algorithms which to function Blockchain.

<b>Proof of Stake (PoS).</b>

Proof of Stake (PoS) is a consensus algorithm that increases and improves the effectiveness of blockchain networks by removing the power computational mining process included in Proof-of-Work protocols.

According to the Proof of Stake mechanism, a person can mine or validate block transactions based on the number of coins they hold. As a result, the more altcoins a miner has, the greater the rewards they might receive.

Proof of Stake is also seen to be a more secure solution than PoW since it prevents miners from attacking the network. Through collateral staking, PoS algorithms give rewards to users to check network data and secure security.

*Few Advantages of the Proof of Stake Consensus Algorithm.*

- The person who Stakes will be rewarded with coins from the blockchain for their contributions to the network.
- Users can contribute simply by holding assets in their wallets.
- Users no need to set up huge and costly mining systems, instead of that users can simply earn rewards from holding assets in their wallets.

*Few Disadvantages of the Proof of Stake Consensus Algorithm.*

- A person just needs 51% of the cryptocurrency within the network to attack the network.
- Proof of Stake Consensus Algorithm can lead to coin black market as the more coins you have, the more power you have.

<b>Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS)</b>

Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) is a consensus method that aims to keep unbreakable terms across a blockchain, confirm transactions, and serve as a digital governance system. 

To obtain consensus throughout the blockchain, Delegated Proof of Stake merges real-time voting with a reputation-based method.

Every token holder has a responsibility for what goes on the blockchain. The voting power is determined by the number of tokens held by holders. 

Token holders can appoint delegates and their responsibility is to guarantee that their node is constantly working properly, to verify transactions

Each new block is only produced by the selected member which means it has a certain number of nodes like mentioned above only 27 accounts that receive more votes can produce a block, therefore the members who produce one block may not be the for the next block. 

Selected members earn the transaction fees from the verified block, which are subsequently split with users that pooled their tokens in the successful pool. 

In Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS), the more you stake, the greater your portion of the block payout. The rewards are distributed depending on each user's stake; for example, if your stake is 20% then you will receive 20% of block reward.

*Few Advantages of the Delegated Proof of Stake Consensus Algorithm.*

- Allows users who produce blocks to validate transactions in seconds which is faster than  Proof of Stake and  Proof of Work.
- Each token holder has the right to say as delegator members are selected by the Voting system.
- Delegated Proof of Stake can have more energy than Proof of Stake and uses less hardware system.
- Based on Voting the block producer means delegators can out from the network hence they always have to give their best to the network.

*Few Disadvantages of the Delegated Proof of Stake Consensus Algorithm.*

- By concentrating validation by a few users, Delegates can establish monopolies, making the blockchain less decentralized and vulnerable to cyberattacks.
- If coin holders do not take interest in the voting, the system will not work as a true democracy due to which a group of people will make decisions for the many others which can lead to serious problems for Blockchain.

- To Vote Super Representative on TRON Blockchain, you will need to first visit [https://tronscan.org/#/](https://tronscan.org/#/) and connect your TronLink wallet. Make sure you have at least 1 TRX in the wallet.

- Click to your wallet address to open your account.

- Next, to Vote Super Representative on TRON Blockchain, you will require to obtain TRON Power and Bandwidth by staking TRX.

- Click to Obtain under Resources.

- Then you will get a prompt to input details and check for confirmation.
- Select TRON Power and Bandwidth.
- You can see I already obtained 1 TRON Power and now again I filled amount TRX 1, check estimated gain, then click to Stake, like below. 
- Once you click to Stake, the wallet gives you a prompt to sign the signature, click to Sign, like below

- Now, to Vote Super Representative, click to Vote under TRON Power, and it will take you to the Super Representative page where all current Super Representative is listed.

- Like below, once you are on the Super Representative page, you can see Super Representative Rank, Percentage, how much APR giving, once checked then click to Voting.

- Once click to Voting, the page will look like below in which you can see how much total you can Vote.
- Select which Super Representative you want to vote than under Your Vote use + sign and - sign, according to how much power you want to use to Vote, then click to voting, check below.

- Once you click to Voting, the confirmation window will get appear from Tronscan to sign the signature, click to Sign.

- When you click to Sign, the Voting process is completed, you will see a confirmation prompt for your voting.
