In this day and age not only men who focus on career, even women also do such thing, even they more compete in improving career in place of work.

Women career struggle in the world of work, especially in companies dominated by men is very heavy. They must strengthen themselves to stand out among their peers and thrive in careers. This is because they may not have many fellow women who can support each other in the workplace. Therefore, curry women must be smart in terms of advocating themselves where we work today.

One of the best ways to advocate yourself is to show confidence while speaking during official meetings. If you can speak in front of the forum and give new insights to the participants, then you will be noticed and respected. After the presentation, show your prominence during the discussion. This will make you heard, even considered a worthy person for advice.

As a minority, career women working in male-dominated offices may feel embarrassed to ask when they need help. You fear being deemed incapable in the presence of male colleagues. You should get rid of that sense of inferiority. If you do not know something, disclose and ask your colleagues or superiors who are considered more understanding. Then, you have to do the best work based on the instructions.

When feeling unsure of yourself, imagine if you are in someone else's position. For example, you meet a fellow female co-worker who needs passion. What would you tell him? Use that advice to strengthen yourself.
