*Today I researched on a cool summoner and perhaps I am going to buy few of them from the market.  Have you heard about Neb Seni? A very rare promo card with two unique advantages. <i>It got a huge power over other summoners after the new rules by steem monsters.*

<h2>How Neb Seni works?</h2>

*It gives +1 speed to all your monsters which give you the advantage to attack first and destroy your opponent even he use same cards and level of monsters. But more importantly, you are going to have access to dragon cards which gives you huge power to make your team strong. With 4 mana cost, you can even beat 5 mana legendary summoner.*


Here is some information about neb seni from @nealmcspadden  [Why I Just Dropped 2k USD on Neb Seni](https://steemit.com/steemmonsters/@nealmcspadden/steemmonsters-why-i-just-dropped-2k-usd-on-neb-seni) . He invested 2000 USD to buy 15 Gold cards just a few months ago. It seems very attractive market price now while we have to spend 350 USD to 800 USD to buy gold dragon summoner like Selenia Sky.

If you found the new rule from @SteemMonsters, you might have seen you are losing your sneak and snipe ability. OH no, so you can't attack the monsters without front cards. So maybe you are thinking to use magic, and monsters with blast ability? 

But what will happen if your opponent uses Neb Seni and slow you down which will destroy your monsters in the very beginning? So you will lose control of the game.   

It just happened with one of the top players @coolbrowsers who sent his team with max level cards and legendary fire summoner and one the other hand Neb Seni was big the big advantage of the player @chandpur.

It is also very exclusive summoner when you have around 32 mana and have the snipe ability for ranged and magic attack monsters. 

If you attack first, you gonna win unless an accident occurs.

So we have to use gold dragon magic card and dragon blast ranged attack monsters to destroy our enemy. So if I am not using Neb Seni, I am not going to get the advantage to attack first. And make sure you are using slow and weaken ability monsters to take maximum advantage over your opponent.

I wish to busy some of them to take advantage of the new Steem monesters Game Rules. Especially for "Monsters will lose sneak and snipe ability and when ranged and magic attack monsters will have snipe ability :)
