How to overcome stress and Depression- Silent killer

Friends!!

Hopes you are enjoying your life.

soME TIMES WE GOES INTO Depression and have messed our life..  But we can't get out from it.  
The situation get worse day by day, and we have nothing  to do without watching the irritated most pain full situation of our life.

Getting depressed is too many caused that sourranded by us...
It may be financial issue,  health issue ,  relationship issue , love,  bad result , due to not adjusting life, due to lack of knowledge..

but we have to overcome this abnormal situation at any cost...

So what to do , how to do .. that was big question ever.....>>>

But don't worry this is just a chemical issue...  we need to fix it with the help our determination...

We need to solve our problems rather than  thinking void will not solve the issue.. any more..
