มาปลูกผักกินเองเถิดเพื่อนจ๋า
ไม่ใช้ยาไปทำลายกายเราหนอ
ซื้อกินเองเสี่ยงอันตรายยังไม่พอ
โรคภัยก็ถามหาอย่าเสี่ยงเลย

สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆ วันนี้ฉันจะมาชวนเพื่อนๆปลูกผักกินเองค่ะ ซึ่งไม่ต้องใช้ยาฆ่าแมลงที่เป็นอันตราย
ต่อสุขภาพของเรา เพื่อนๆคะ การที่เราซื้อพริกหรือผักต่างๆที่สวยงามไร้ซึ่งร่องรอยของแมลงกัดกิน นั่นแหละค่ะมันเปฌนอันตรายกับร่างกายเรามาก จะเห็นว่าแม้แต่แมลงยังไม่กล้ากัดกินเลย แล้วมันจะอันตรายกับเรามากแค่ไหน 

ตอนนี้ฉันก็อายุเยอะแล้ว ก็เลยห่วงสุขภาพนิดหนึ่ง
พอดีว่าบริเวณบ้านมีเนื้อที่เกือบไร่ ฉันจึงซื้อพืชผักที่เขากล้าเมล็ดในถุงเป็นต้นว่าพริก มะเขือ ซึ่งภายในถุงจะมีประมาณ5-7ต้นหรือมากกว่านั้นก็มี เขาขายถุงละ10บาท เออ!...ก็ไม่แพงนะฉันว่า ถุงนึงก็ปลูกได้3-4หลุม ฉันปลูกหลุมละ2ต้นค่ะ ซึ่งก็ปลูกได้เยอะพอสมควร ส่วนมะละกอก็ขายถุงละ10บาทเหมือนกัน แต่มีต้นเดียว ฉันปลูกกับสามีในตอนเย็นค่ะ เขาเป็นคนขุดหลุม ซึ่งดินก็ขุดยากพอสมควรเพราะเป็นดินเหนียวที่แห้งแล้ว ส่วนฉันก็จะสบายหน่อยไม่ต้องใช้แรง แค่เหน็บลงในหลุม พอปลูกเสร็จสามีก็นำฟางข้าวที่ได้จากการสีข้าวมาวางไว้รอบๆบริเวณโคนต้นเพื่อช่วยให้อุ้มชุ่มชื้นไว้ เนื่องจากดินขุดยาก กว่าเราจะปลูกเสร็จและรดน้ำด้วยก็ปาเข้า2ทุ่มพอดี เราใช้แบตเตอรี่เล็กๆมัดใส่หัวเพื่อที่จะได้มองเห็น

เรารดน้ำทุกวันเพื่อให้พืชติดเร็ว

วันต่อมาสามีจึงขุดแปลงผักไว้ ฉันจึงไปขอต้นผักแป้นจากพี่สาวของสามีมาปลูกไว้1แปลง แต่จะแปลงใหญ่หน่อยเพราะสามีชอบกินส้มผักแป้นมาก เขาจึงบอกให้ฉันปลูกเยอะๆ แปลงที่เหลือฉันก็ปลูกผักกาดน้อย ผักชีลาวและผักชีจีน ส่วนบริเวณรอบๆรั้วกั้นฉันซื้อถั่วฝักยาวมาปลูก1ถุง ซึ่งปลูกหลุมละ2ต้นได้เกือบ20หลุม

ภายในสวนครัวมีต้นมะละกอกำพร้าอยู่ต้นนึงค่ะ ที่ฉันบอกว่ากำพร้าเพราะมีเพียงต้นเดียวต้นอื่นตายกันหมดแล้ว555...ซึ่งต้นกับลูกช่างไม่สมดุลกันเสียเลย ลำต้นเล็กๆแต่ลูกดกมากแถมยังผลยาวอีกด้วยค่ะ นี่ขนาดฉันปลิดไปตำหลายลูกแล้วนะเนี่ย มันหนักลูกถึงกับต้นเอนเชียว...

สำหรับฟางข้าวที่ใช้ปกคลุมต้นพริกและมะเขือหมด ฉันจึงต้องเอาถุงไปกรอกเอาที่ทุ่งนา เพื่อนำมาคลุมผักที่หว่านไว้
