새해엔 떡국?! 만두국~!!!!

새해 복 많이 받으세요. 

원하는 일 모두 이루시고

행복하고 웃는 일이 더욱 많아지길 바랍니다.

오늘은 새해를 맞아 만두국을 만들어 보았습니다. 

떡국을 만들기엔.. 집에 떡이 없었기에 만두만 넣고 만두국을 만들었습니다. 

앞에 과정은 사진을 찍지 못해 생략합니다. 

육수가 중요한 떡국이나 만두국이기에 

멸치와 다시마 양파로 육수를 냈습니다. 

그리고 10여분이 지난 후 모두 건져내주세요.

그리고 집에 있는 야채 당근, 애호박을 채 썰어 넣어줍니다. 

아아아!! 

그전에 다진 마늘 반큰술과 만두...
아니네요. ㅋ

야채를 먼저 넣어주세요.   그리고 함께 간장으로 간을 했습니다. 

간장 1
국간장 1을 넣어주었어요. 

그래도 간이 싱겁길래 소금을 넣어주었는데.. 흠. 

조미료 없이 간맞추기가 무척 어렵네요 ㅠㅠㅠ

어느정도 간맞췄다 생각하고 만두와 다진마늘 반스푼을 넣었어요. 

마지막으론 달걀 1개를 풀어서 넣어줍니다.

근데.. 맛은... 

또르르............

만두만 건져 맛나게 먹었답니다. 

말했듯이 어째 간맞추기가 넘 어렵네요. 

저같은 사람들을 위해 조미료가 계속 나오나 봅니다. ㅋㅋ

새해 첫 날도 이렇게 지나가네요. 

몇 해의 1월 1일을 보내보지만 올해도 역시나..?!? ㅎㅎ

특별하지도 않은 평범한 하루를 보냈다면.. 그게 바로 잘 보낸거려나요? 


새로운 마음이 아닌 계속 되는 마음으로 올해도 그렇게 지내지길 바랍니다~
