1시간 전 찍은 개기 월식 사진
오늘 미국에서 있었던 개기월식 사진을 올립니다.
캘리포니아 시간으로 20일 오후 9시 12분에 개기월식이 절정에 이르렀을 때 찍은 사진입니다. 실제보다는 좀 더 밝게 나왔네요. 삼각대 없이 노출이 0.5초입니다.

개기 월식은 개기일식과 다르게 달이 지구에 의해 완전히 가려져도 깜깜하지 않고 붉게 나타납니다. 그 이유는 아래 그림에서 보듯이 지구의 대기에서 산란된 태양빛이 달에 도달하는데 상대적으로 붉은 빛이 덜 굴절되어 멀리 도달하기 때문입니다. 마치 석양이 붉은 것과 같은 이치입니다.
