Finally after rest for a week, my jetlag is over. Last night I slept like a baby starting from 7ish and didn't wake up until 6am this morning. My head finally is clear and not clouded. I resumed pencil drawing. Here's couple practice I did. Am following book of "Drawing Basics" by Frank Fradella. Really like this guidance book, it helps me to better understand the basic technique of drawing. I like what he suggested that when you draw, don't draw what you think you see. But draw what's there. All the object is made of individual shapes. Notice how they connect and interact. I feel like I start to master it better. Will continue to learn and practice. Practicing is obvious the key, that's the only way to get better.  I don't know what my ultimate goal is in learning drawing, for now it's just for fun and wish that it could help me do a better job at work. 

经过一周的休息，时差终于是倒过来了。 昨天晚上觉得奇困无比，身体终于无法支撑，七点就熟熟大睡直到今天早上6点多醒过来。头脑也终于觉得清醒。于是开始重新捡起画画。 这里分享两张我今天的练习画。我是参照Frank Fradella 的画画基础书来的。个人是很喜欢这本书。对于初学者来说，它帮我更好地学习画画的基础知识和技巧。我很喜欢他建议的， 当你画画的时候，不要只想着你看到的，而要知道所有的东西都是由各种形状组成的。要知道这些形状之间的关联和互动。 我觉得我开始有点感觉了。 将持续不断地学习和练习。 这是能让自己进步唯一的方法。我学画暂时只是为了兴趣。但希望将来它能对我的工作有帮助。
