学以致用

大脑不是光用来记忆，同时还用来思考的。

我们平时都在学习，看很多书，知道很多知识，而光知道是不够的。如何把知识内化为能力？主要是三个方面：
第一，学习知识核心部分的20%。
第二，知识向问题靠，问题向知识靠。
第三，系统的掌握知识需要长期的实践。

学习知识也并不是盲目的，它是需要学与用并行，拿到实际生活中去运用，回头再来总结巩固，加深认识，从而得到提升。如果光学不用，就成了道理了那么多道理，却依然过不好生活。

所以我们要明白学知识的目的是为了解决问题，学知识是途径，解决问题是成效，自己要从事哪方面的工作，针对性的去学习这项工作需要用到的知识和技能。

比如写作，排版，Excel表格的制作，档案的整理方法等，在实际生活当中遇到了什么问题，然后把它记录下来，再一项一项的去找解决这方面问题需要用到的知识技巧，这就是问题往知识靠，遇到问题，相对应该去学习知识。

知识往问题靠，怎么靠法呢？每天能固定的学习一节知识技巧或者方法理论，然后在脑子里面思考学的这一段，能够运用到现实生活中的哪个方面？用笔把它记下来，每学到一个方法，坚持在实践当中长期的练习，比如新媒体文章的一个套路就是故事加评论，那在平时得学着看到一个新闻热点或者一段故事，得有意识的去思考，这个故事给我带来的启发是什么？我的观点是什么？然后针对这个事件进行评论，先学会发表自己的观点和看法。

总之，光看不想只是一个存储器，而重要的，是处理器。一定要往处理器上发展，做到学以致用。
