First of all, it's important, that no activity engaging consenting informed individuals can be made illegal. This is a fundamental law of the market. You can't. you have no rights, no will, and you will be defeated. It could take hundreds of years, or billions of light years, but your illusion of power will collapse. 

What does it means in the context of french cops suicide rate? It means, that by being obligated to perform an immoral duty, they end up in situation where it's impossible to see a way out.

The clear illustration are the psychoactive market hubs, whose control is totally beyond the reach of any state actors. And in which non consensual uninformed activities occurs (human trafficking and worst), or resaid which have a propensity to revert to the laws of the jungles (druglordism).

But who is responsible? I think, those are the APIS, aka the leads in those law enforcement agencies.  They are bearing the fault by allowing and knowingly to be part of the corruption problem. Furthermore rather than report to the public their failings, they plaster over them, pretending to be all powerful, wise and knowing. They allow the corrupt politician to foster laws (grants, thefts, loots and privileges) rather than denounce them. A very good exemple in the USA, is the Epstein case. As we can all read, the fbi grunt forces did their duties, and where ready to prosecute, and where the chips may fold (even if it means let's pownd to dust buckingham palace, so will the packers superheroes), but NO.... 

But they arrived, the APIS... rather than encourage and meet at the pentagon to prepare a true worldwide war, including by wiping a lot of state departement personals (non leo), they went in the crimes. They pretended that epstein and his buddies were informants (aka gave them a right to rape).  I think those so called "apis in the civilian law enforcements are the problem).

Most of them, at least in the western world, don't experience personnally, for example the carnage of the drug war. I mean, look at mexico, only a girl dared. 

So to come back to an idea, it's simple, legalize the psychoactive trade. there is no other path between the will of two consenting informed legally responsible adult. And fight the corruption, specially inside the law enforcement agencies. The things, is that most of the time, it will be shadow pockets of corruptions, like bubble, linked to an event, like protecting a pedo president or who ever from the gov, and this shadow cell will sooner or later expand and rot the entire structure. It can be the same in corporate corruption, involving more "military technologies", I mean, at one point, wiseness become the currency facing certain things... 

The same can be said in the psychoactive trade, most ground cops, know that it's not their business, but the APIs, see those low attrition, low risks operations, as a good way to maintain budgets and provide illusion of doing something. It's way harder to get to the esptein of the world than to arrest the hero junkie "sleeping" (agonizing) in his filth. 

and this message, is for all cops worldwide, when you fail, it will be the backpack super heroes... and there, it's no mercy, and it's fully legal :). If the countless cops of fallen countries had done their work properly, their former cities wouldn't have experienced war (or even be razed). Think about the apis of saddam for example or those of before mao... or maybe you are more the tsarist type, all ways. hehehe.

ps, when the corrupts feasts on the public coffers or use regulatory capture (feast on the law) sooner or later... they will come :).
