Hello everyone!!!!
Hope you all are doing well and enjoying your lifes. First I would like to thanks @secretbeauty for organizing such an amazing contest for us. Today I am here to share my favorite food with all of you and I am very excited to share why I like this food.

My favorite food is "BIRYANI". Biryani is one of the famous dish in pakistan. Most of the people like biryani. This dish takes alot of efforts and time to make, but trust me every single effort which is done by you is worthfull.

Long basmati rice mixed with exotic spices and layered with thick meat (chicken/mutton/beef) curry. Then coverd the dish and cook on low flame or in steam.

# TYPES OF BIRYANI :

There are many varieties of biryani but here I am share some of them:

# HYDERABADI BIRYANI:

This is the most popular biryani in India (hyderabad) . The key component of this biryani is marinated goat meat and basmati rise. Due marinated meat its flavor is great.

# PILO BIRYANI:

Pilo biryani does not contain so much spices. It is very popular in punjab(pakistan). The component are meat yakhni then rice are added in it and cooked in the yakhni.
My kids love pilao biryani.

# SINDHI BIRYANI:

This is very delicious biryani and it is very famous in Pakistan and usually I cook this biryani because the main component for this biryani is fragrant rice and very delicious meat with exotic spices which makes every bite of it a WOW one.

# WHY I LIKE BIRYANI SO MUCH:

## BALANCED DIET:

The word biryani has been derived from a persian word "birinj" which means rice. Biryani is made up of rice and animal meat so , it has carbohydrates, proteins .The tomatoes, chilles,potatoes and Yougrt are also ingredients of biryani so it has vitamins too. If I can say it has great nutritional food and it can be considered as balanced diet food. Due exotic spices and its aroma make biryani more delicious 😋.

## ALL TIME MEAL :

I am a big biryani lover .Biryani is a meal which you can have from the time you wake up till the time you want to have, it means all day and night. It is very true that I can eat biryani any time so it is " All time meal " for me.

## BEST FOR EVERY OCCASION:

In pakistani culture biryani is traditional food and every one love to eat biryani. Biryani is best for every occasion. Biryani can be a part of pakistani weddings, birthday parties , eid milan parties , get togethers or any occasion.

My husband and my kids also love to eat biryani. Every Sunday is biryani day in my home. And whenever I invited guests to home for dinner or lunch I always cook biryani with other food items.
