Hoy se registraron 6 casos nuevos de coronavirus en mi país. Hay en total 42 casos, todos controlados, gracias a Dios.

Mientras tanto seguimos respetando la cuarentena social en casa. Hoy veía en TV un vídeo de un boulevard de Miami full de personas en la playa, con mayor concurrencia que en la temporada alta de las vacaciones... Supongo que fue lo que pasó en Italia.

Por aquí nos tomamos muy en serio eso de #quédateencasa. Mi esposo sale en las mañanas, por necesidad y me cuenta de que casi todo está cerrado y hay poco tráfico de personas. Y las que están en la calle están con sus tapabocas. También hay oficiales vigilando que se cumplan las normas. Creo que hay mucha conciencia, o al menos respeto ante el virus.

Hoy, aparte de las actividades que hacemos diariamente, incorporamos una sesión de yoga. Nos divertimos mucho y después nos sentimos genial.

Después de la cena nos tomamos una taza de té, que preparamos mi hijito y yo, y mientras lo tomamos conversamos. Fue muy agradable.

Estos días también me he puesto a escuchar música, hubo un tiempo en que con tantas ocupaciones perdí el hábito; sin embargo me he dado cuenta, de lo mucho que aún disfruto hacerlo, es como si me reconectara con una parte de mí que había perdido. Todo lo que estoy haciendo me hace sentir cada día mejor.

Llegué a pensar que si era correcto que encontrara tanto bienestar en mi hogar estos días de cuarentena y, como siempre, he recibido la respuesta por varios canales y **SÍ**, estos días son una gran oportunidad para fortalecernos como personas, para estrechar lazos, para crecer. Son una cura para el alma... si eso queremos. He notado cosas que he dejado de hacer y no debo y otras que debo dejar de hacer.

En familia seguimos orando porque esta pandemia abandone el mundo, con mucha fe, con la certeza de que todo estará bien. Como nación hemos pasado por mucho, pero como fiel creyente sé que nada sucede en vano, y cada lección conlleva un aprendizaje. Como individuos sociales, nos falta bastante por evolucionar; pero aquí estamos, aprendiendo a ser fuertes.

Hoy vi en un video de un médico español, que este virus se cura con solidaridad, así que para sobrevivir estamos obligados a aplicarla. También me gustó un post que leí en Instagram, que mencionaba que en estos días pensáramos en cómo podíamos ayudar a enfrentar esta situación, y si no teníamos respuesta que cerráramos nuestra boca y nos dedicáramos a revisar nuestro propósito en la vida. Hay mucho material para reflexionar.
