Mat exercise class

My daughter has been to the mat exercise class since April.

It is held by renting the gymnasium of the elementary school once every two weeks,

You can participate for several hundred yen each time.

She practices basic techniques such as rolling, bridging, and hands standing.



She is on special training cartwheel because her foot does not go up to the upper side.
