<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our fifteenth <strong>10 STEEM</strong> fortnightly raffle delivers its prize to a new winner.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As you know, there are two raffles per month and they <strong>are totally free</strong>; the only thing you have to do to participate is to submitt a comment, showing your participative will, in the channel dedicated to the raffle in our <a href="https://discord.gg/E6xkvwJ">Discord server</a>.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;And that is exactly what @elgranpoeta, our fortnight's lucky one did: to submitt in writing his participation in said channel:</p>
