**The norm of human Ph level is 7,35-7,4.**

This important measuring number is the basis of the acid-base balance, which is crucial not only for nature, but also for the basic regulation of human life.

This acid-base balance, as a strict accountant, regulates breathing, circulation, digestion, excretory processes, immunity, hormone production and much more. Almost all biological processes proceed correctly only when a certain pH level is maintained.

The pH scale is divided from 0 to 14.

7 - point of neutrality - this is the pH value of the water.

The higher the pH value from the 7 mark, the more alkaline the liquid is. 
The lower the pH value from the 7 mark, the more acidic the liquid is.

This is due to the process of digestion of food and metabolism. During digestion, the products eventually become salts, acids and alkalis, which in turn are divided into their constituent ions. 

**Alkaline products**: lemon, cucumber, apple, carrot, onion, celery, oatmeal, mushrooms. 
**Acid ones**: wheat bread, eggs, meat, alcohol, coffee, cereals (except oatmeal), fish

- drink water baking soda - the same effect
- eat 3-4 times more alkaline products than acid food - 100 g of meat  must be ate with 300g of greens and vegetables
