Delicious Cheese Egg Rolls at Home
If you want to make something special in a snack, then try the cheese egg roll. It is a crispy, crunchy and delicious recipe and is also very easy to make. So let's know the recipe of cheese egg rolls.

## Ingredients

* 2 onions

* Half a cup of vegetable oil

* 4 green chillies

* 4 eggs

* 2 teaspoons red chilli powder

* 2 tablespoons corn flour

* 2 inch ginger

* 1 handful coriander leaves

* 10 white bread

* 10 cheese slices

## Cooking

Break eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Add coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger, chopped chilli, red chilli powder, salt and mix them well.

Cut the bread slices from side to side. Now put the cheese slices on the bread slices and pour the batter over it. Now roll the bread and roll it with corn flour.

Heat a pan on medium flame and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, put a roll in it and fry it.

Serve this with the sauce of your choice.
