## Ingredients

* Banana 1 piece
* Eggs 2 pieces
* Honey 2-3 tbsp. spoons
* Rice flour 100 g
* Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. spoons
* Baking powder ¹⁄₂ tsp
* Vanillin 1 pinch

## Cooking

1. Smooth banana with a fork or blender.

2 ․ Whisk the eggs with a whisk, add the banana puree and honey and mix.

3 ․ Sift all other dry ingredients into the egg mass.

4. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. The dough will come out quite thick.

5. Fill cupcake muffins with dough to about half or a little more.
If using metal molds, grease them with oil.
