★【ラーメン】東京・麻布十番の「新福菜館」。真っ黒な京都の濃口醤油ラーメンを食す！

京都ラーメンと言えば濃厚なスープに加え、真っ黒な醤油ベースの御汁。そんな京都ラーメンの老舗とも言えるお店が麻布十番にある「[新福菜館](https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1307/A130702/13178200/)」で御座います。創業は1938年（昭和13年）。はじめは屋台からのスタートしたという新福菜館の本店は京都駅近くにあり、東京でも麻布十番と秋葉原でその味を頂くことができます。

どれにしようか悩みましたが、中華そばの全部入りを頂くことにしました。

### 中華そば（並） 全部入り 1,200円

まるでお葱の密林ジャングルのような面持ちのラーメンが運ばれて参りました。緑のキャンパスには目玉おやじのような生卵が乗っかっております。

頂いてみます。

旨い！！京都ならではの九条ネギをたっぷりと使ったラーメンはクセになりそうな味わい。鶏の出汁が効いた黒い暗黒のスープからは、優しく魅力的な魔法をかけられたようなコクのある味わいを楽しむことができます。

真っ黒なブラックスープですが、その面持ちとは裏腹に全く塩辛くはありません。

チャーシューもしっかりとした脂身があり、このブラックスープとの相性は抜群です。

### 焼飯（並） 500円

こちらも見た目のように濃ゆいわけではありません。醤油ベースで味付けされた炒飯は香ばしく、適度なパラパラ感を醸し出しており、具材の玉ねぎ、葱、炒り卵の絡み合いも抜群です。

もちろんスープも真っ黒でございます。
