You right, we have made great progress, we have been switched on and are making moves, I think that’s one of the things when you decide to keep to something, it’s all about that frequency and momentum, bending time and space to create a little room to act out a little, push at the edges of the universe and say give me a little room to work here.

I felt like I really started to eat well over the weekend — that soup with spinach game was fire, I stretched that to three meals in the end and although I bought the spinach for pasta and beans at some point because the soup lasted it just got used in that.

Beetroot and supplements, just little balances to balance all that body chemistry out, I’m feeling pretty good this morning, a slight acknowledgement of numbness but nothing on a massive scale, I’m wondering if it’s actually the bed configuration and the way I’m laying in bed that’s causing something — I simply don’t know so I have to step through the things that I know are good for me.

I think it also contributes to my early rising to be honest, wanting to get the most out of everyday otherwise what are we really doing here on planet earth, we have both been lucky to land in this situation, with these tools and resources and we should not squander our time with them, we should protect and serve those new ideals and ways of working, living and giving — most of all I’m excited for the potential right now.

My porridge is fire this morning, I let it sit for a little while so it firmed up a little bit, I prefer set porridge than weak skinny watery stuff — I’ve also got that green tea game on lock today, feeling that this morning, think I’m gonna switch it up today on the food front, I’m certainly walking to the shops if the weather is right to get some more greens and lemons.

I love getting up and at the machine before the madness of the start of a monday day which for many is that crazy sprint commute into work dealing with everyone else trying to get somewhere on the often congested roads — looks like it’s not gonna rain until lunch time so I’ve got time.

Gonna be getting into @steemrollin screencasts today with the progress so far, he sent me some little images last night of his lower thirds, I might need you to make me some flat design graphics for crypto currencies, I know you have a few already — let me know if you are down for that, even if it’s just vectoring some of the existing ones to they at least match, think that’s gonna be an ongoing thing and we can make it into a gum road pack too.

Can you both believe we are doing virtual work on the steem blockchain? — both getting paid in steem, I love the fact you are working with the @gravity-protocol guys as that seems like a super interesting project what with the Delegated Proof-of-Importance Consensus — that kinda blows my mind and I really need to sit down with someone on a video chat to really understand the ‘outcomes’ they expect on their chain.

Ok, I think I’m ready to switch to the next task of the day, I’ve gotta do some writing for my own blog and for @steemhunt top 10 of the day, get my usual @dtube daily vlog in and get my teeth into customisation head space, I’m ready, today is gonna be a good one.
