Obedience may not produce immediate gain but in a long run, you'll realize you were actually wise to obey. Disobedience on the other hand, produces immediate and temporal benefits but the end will always be regrets. Choose to obey Him foolishly. Only God knows the end from the beginning. He knows what He's demanding from/of you. Though it may cost you your comfort, pleasure, reputation and freedom, it will always end up being for your good. You'll actually thank Him at the end. . . . Don't also be a covenant breaker. Who starts the process of obedience but doesn't complete it. Such will not be honoured by Him.
