Tired of fighting, think it is time to call in the big dogs

# I am tired of fighting with our builder
I just want what we paid for a house that is finished properly. Not some half ass finished home like we have. A couple of weeks ago they sent a guy out who said our water issues in our breaker box was just condensation and the fix was spray foam insulation under the house, which he said he was going to go pick up at Lowes and would be right back. He never came back that has been two weeks ago now. I am over it.

# Ultimatum has been given to the builder
They will get this scheduled to be fixed properly by the end of the business day today. If not first thing tomorrow morning I am contacting the news. Then I will also be contacting my attorney and my GC to finish the job and sue the builder for the difference and for the costs that we paid them for the finishing of our house, along with the extra rent we have had to pay because our house isn't finished. I am done, and over this. I think I have been patient long enough over this.

# Our house arrived nearly 2 months ago

The builder work should have been done weeks ago. I know I have been patient long enough. I been too patient if you ask me. My husband wanted me to relax because it was making me get all worked up, so I did. And now two month later stuff still isn't right. I am done being relaxed. Though I am hoping we will get to start moving in this week, our house isn't right. The Doors don't shut right, there is a leak, they didn't put up side walls before the siding went up. They should have I don't know why they didn't. So that is another thing that will have to be fixed.

# When this is over I will tell you guys what the name of the builder is

Hopefully it won't be a 100% bad review on them. Hopefully they will fix things and I can give them a better review then what I would be giving them today if I wrote it today. But I won't be writing it today. As I am still trying to work with them. But I don't have much faith after all we have been through so far.

They want me to be patient and work with them? WTF, do they think we have been doing? Our house arrived nearly 2 months ago. In 5 days it will be 2 months since it arrived. I think that because I haven't went and talked to my attorney yet and I haven't gone to the media yet, it proves that I been trying to work with them. They are truly starting to ~~piss me off~~ make me mad. They know me irritated, but they don't know me mad yet. I am a pretty laid back person, who is very forgiving, but once I get mad and I had enough there is no forgiving. It takes a whole lot to get me there too. Don't believe me go check out @charisma777 post about friendships. If you read that and don't see I am a forgiving person, then you are just as crazy as our builder, just saying.....

# I hope the universe is listening and gives us a break
We need a break universe so if you are listening, please give it to us. The bright side on all this is that once the electric is hooked up and even though things are not right, we will be able to move in. Hopefully they get it fixed but if they don't we will and then we will sue them for the difference. I am really so over this.

Ah - so you are thinking of playing the "bad review" card! I think you're smart to wait - once you post that negative review they have nothing to gain by fixing the house. 

Still though, I can't *wait* for this to be finished so I can read that review. And much more importantly so you can move in! 

At this point, shouldn't they be paying your rental costs again?
