The bill was passed in the lower house of its assembly by Mexico's Chamber of Deputies. Presently Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto has to give its signature before it becomes a full-fledged law. In addition, the bill additionally seeks to place the operation of cryptocurrency exchanges below oversight of the country's financial institution. 

2.	A Liechtenstein-based family bank has become one of the first banks in the world that allows clients to directly invest in cryptocurrencies. This announcement was made by Bank frick and it is accepting coins like Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, Litecoin, Ripple, and ether. The bank main focus is to target institutional and high-value non-public clients, who can purchase with euros, U.S. dollars, and Swiss francs. The clients will be thoroughly verified. The crypto assets will be in bank's custody and to be held on in cold wallets - a security measure that keeps private keys to the cryptocurrencies offline and far from potential hackers.
