Day 2 agenda


## DAY 2
#### PART 1
The day began as early as 5:30 am with sports. After a good rest at night delegates assembled for morning work out at the beach site doing some light activities like stretch outs and jogging. By 6:30am everyone returned to the hotel freshened up and moved to the conference hall. Delegates had sumptious breakfast and we're ready to kick start day 2 Sessions. The agenda is as seen with an addition of three sessions from the first day. 

#### SESSIONS
It comprised of enriching topics drilling the delegates on how they can impact the community starting first with our organisations' leadership qualities

•Empowering others

•Self awareness

•Solution oriented

•World citizen

These are all topics which makes the young people aware of the part they play in making our society a better one. Our goal/ vision is *PEACE AND FULFILMENT FOR HUMANKIND POTENTIAL*  and so every activity must be at achieving this goal. My first presentation was *BECOMING A WORLD CITIZEN*.  Many young people nowadays don't see any reason to fifth for peace and carryout volunteerism. They also feel they are not responsible for what's happening little do they know that we are all shareholders of the world's peace, growth and development. In order to do so we must take up that step to be young people who go out of their comfort zone to make a positive impact in societal issues. Any good idea or act by anyone creates a tiny little difference or impact in the world

#### PARTNERS
For the conference there were partners like *NESTLE , GO AHEAD AFRICA and DIAMOND LEADERS CORPORATION* who came to instill some skills in the delegates, provide some job opportunities and offered gifts, awards to members who have been productive in the organization. This lifted the spirit of delegates.

Workshops formed part of the training where delegates were divided into their various fields or job description for more training and strategic decision making especially in respect with the Covid-19 pandemic affecting the organizations' activities. This ended the first part of the day

#### PART 2 
Normally this is the part which delegates love so much *ENJOYING PARTICIPATION*. In respect to the Covid-19 pandemic laws the gala evening didn't hold as usual. Delegates had the diner with other activities to keep the evening good like fashion show, comedy, karaoke and rewards and recognition to merited delegates. Delegates were satisfied despite the  large expectation of a real gala party. Returning to rest in preparation for Sunday was the priority.
