Nice post! I definitely think you need to constantly keep learning. Once you stop, then you limit growth potential. I love learning and also am motivated to keep learning since it carries me further in my career. I've experienced how things are when you stop learning and get content with your surroundings. You will lose against the competition. You won't keep advancing if that's your goal. Overall, there has to be a motivation for more success to drive you. If some people are content where they are at and that's success to them, hey to each their own! :) Nice post.

Di sana kita belajar cara menemukan dan menjemput cita-cita, meskipun di luar lembaga pendidikan, mereka dan kita dihadapkan dengan kondisi yang terkadang dapat melumpuhkan roda cita-cita mereka dan kita. hehehe

For me, education is the most essensial thing in our life, its like we need oxigen to survive in life, education should never be apart from life. 
I thinks, everyone has their own interest in their life, you dont have to take higher education, its a choice, but we can learn by everything in life, and from everyone, even with your children or your students as well. Sometimes our student has better knowledge than us. In my conclusion, never stop learning, till the end of our life. Thanks guree@teukumukhlis. You taught me a lot.

after reading your post, I am reminded of my own experience. My background is electrical engineering. but I am not successful in a job that suits my education. now I even get a job in the field of agricultural facilities distribution.
