停止在纽约州的交易活动

昨日，国内商品期市多数品种收涨，能化品、有色金属冲高回落。原油涨5.7%，PTA、沥青、纸浆、燃油均涨逾4%；沪铜涨近3%，国际铜涨3.3%；黑色系尾盘跳水，焦煤跌逾4%，焦炭跌逾3%，铁矿石跌近3%；贵金属延续涨势，沪银涨2.6%，沪金涨1.4%。

继周一币价暴跌17%，一度下探4.8万美元之后，周二，比特币价格再次跌破5万美元。昨天下午17时许，比特币价格加速跳水，跌破45000美元关口，24小时跌幅超17%。伴随着比特币大幅波动，近24小时内就有近53万人爆仓，爆仓金额达320多亿人民币。最大一笔爆仓价值逾2000万美元。有大约299亿人民币(46.28亿美元)资金“灰飞烟灭”。

值得注意的是，昨日美国纽约总检察长Letitia James要求加密货币交易平台Bitfinex和Tether停止在纽约州的交易活动，以保护投资者免受欺诈性的虚拟或加密货币交易平台的影响。总检察长办公室的调查发现Bitfinex的运营商iFinex，以及Tether作出虚假陈述以支持稳定币，以及两家公司为了掩盖Bitfinex巨额亏损的真相而转移数亿美元。两家公司需要支付1850万美元的罚款，此外还要求采取一系列措施提高透明度。

在美东时间周二举行的国会听证会上，美联储主席鲍威尔再次确认联储的承诺：将保持当前的超低利率和QE购债，直到经济复苏有实质性的进一步进展为止。

鲍威尔认为，经济复苏远远没有实现，未来道路高度不确定。在那些遭受疫情重创的领域，物价仍然“尤其温和”。尽管承认今年经济前景会改善，他仍暗示将维持债券购买计划不变，将继续提供货币政策支持，以此保证实现通胀和就业目标。

美股方面，昨夜美股低开后快速走低。开盘20分钟，道指最深跌近363点或跌1.1%，标普500指数最深跌1.8%，下逼3800点整数位，纳指最深跌超529点或跌3.9%，下逼13000点关口。鲍威尔讲话开始后，黄金、白银、美股均自低位大幅反弹。收盘前50分钟，道指和标普相继转涨，迪士尼涨超3%并领涨道指，纳斯达克100指数转涨，此前跌超3.5%，纳指重回50日均线上方。
