We are all not new to the pandemic affecting the entire world at this time, so understanding is something we should all levied at. Right at this very moment is not the time for we to fight or argue, we should at this moment make sure that we stand on same scale and do the needful.

With this issue, I have seen government, project, companies, individuals and all sort of humans setting up measures to make sure that they assist their countries. I have seen donation flying in from different angles, this is indeed a good achievement. Now I see that love is been practiced in some key places. Pointing to those players out there, we should know that at this moment, going with 0 pay or wage cut is needed to support that your desired team. We all should at this very moment understand that the issue is getting worst day in day out. If we liverage on collecting our various salaries and at the end, the team end up going into bankrupcy, we will end up all loosing our work and our team.

I am pretty sure that after this, a lot of team won't be able to meet up with their reputation, they will be badly affected. So the best team to do to support your team is to accept the salary pay cut or zero fee. This will last during the trying time and sooner or later, everything will be back to the best.
