There is this popular saying that states that when you walk faster, you will achieved result faster than working alone. The ideas you will be getting will be massive other than when you alone is trying to do it all. Remember you are not a  man. I have seen  somebody who sets up his business and he said he is going to watch over it himself, he did this and his business crumbled. This happened because the business grows so big to the extent he was unable to serve all customers at good rate. His service time was the issue so they started patronising other companies and his business fall drastically.

I was just wondering what he was thinking, if it ought to be me, I will just take the decision I never wanted to take and employ more hands instead of watching my business crumbled.
This is just the stupid side of him when I heard the story, I had to laughed because I was full of surprises. You don't just play with your business like that. Is as if he was experimenting with his business.


Team work is so vital in everything you do. There is great benefit in it. After about 2 years plus when I joined steemit-hive, we saw the introduction of community. The reason I love community so far is because it shape all bloggers into where they belong. Like those who are gamers instead of posting randomly and praying for upvotes, they can now post it in the gaming community and they will get support from gamers.

The power of community is endless, it brings people of same mindset together. Just like what I said above, when you post your game post in the gaming community account, you will see gamers giving your post attention because they understood what you are posting about.

Take me as a case study, I am a gamer, I blog about sport post and business post. For some time now I have been giving my attention to sport post and business post. I am seeing much support from those into sport and business. This has really gave me the courage to write, instead of writing and waiting for support randomly. Although all we do here is not for upvote but the upvote is necessary, this will give us the zeal to keep pushing on.

Project hope the nice community I belong to supports content  from cryptocurrency, business, Ai related post and host of other specified post. The team makes sure engagement on post is being practiced and also they ensured all post are supported. This is just the beauty of the project hope community. When @crypto.piotr discovered me and chatted me up to join his community after  he discovered my post, I was really happy. Ever since I joined his community, I have enjoyed awesome benefit. He makes sure he spare his time to engage with us and educate us on how it is important to keep the engagement spirit burning. He went ahead to support those who are constantly engaging with the chain with some stuff. During the Valentine celebration, he showed us love too, we are all grateful. Countless thing he has done things I just can't mention. I don't have the time to keep listing all he has done and another thing to look at for is that he won't be happy seeing me listing them.
