Vaping involves the use of electronic cigarette or e-cigarette rather than smoking the normal tobacco cigarette, it is a hand held electronic device that vaporizes a flavored fluid that the user inhales. The liquid in the e-cigarette is called e-liquid and is usually made of nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerine and flavorings. Not all e-liquids contain nicotine. The e-cigarette creates an aerosol (vapor), the vapor may contain toxicants and traces of heavy metal at levels allowable in inhalation medicines and some potentially harmful chemicals not found in tobacco smoke at concentrations permissable by workplace safety standards. The use of e-cigarette is quite safer than tobacco cigarette, however the likelihood of having a long term effect is uncertain. They are commonly used in helping addicted smokers quit smoking but when used among young people, its referred to later tobacco smoking.

# DIFFERENT TYPES OF E-CIGS <h3>
There are basically three (3) types of E-cigs, the first I would be looking at is the

# 1.The Disposable One Piece: <h3>

Also referred to as cig-a-like or minis is a device used by most new vapers and can easily be found in vape shops and other stores, they usually have a tobacco cigarette like size and are called disposables because after use the whole device can be discarded.

# 2.The Rechargeable Two and Three Piece: <h3>

This is a slightly more expensive e-cig that provides a much more enjoyable experience than the disposable varieties because of the better flavor and vapor it provides. The two piece includes a rechargeable battery (a USB charging cable) and an atomizer (cartomizer) containing catridge and could be considered a mid range option.

The three piece is a set up that contains rechargeable battery and cable clearomizer, and a drip section at the end that is used for inhalation. This device sometimes contain an empty tank in the clearomizer section that you can fill with your favorite juice.

These devices are usually referred to as vape pens since they a size that similar to that of a cigar, advantages of this type over the disposables are the simpler two-piece units, including expanded battery life, increased vapor production and varieties of flavour to choose from.

# 3.The Advanced Personal Vaporizers (APVs) or Mods: <h3>

The advanced personal vaporizer often referred to as “mods” by many in the vaping community is the perfect device for those that want a richer vaping experience as it has a reputation for providing the best in vaping enjoyment. This device usually comes in a complete set or kit and comes in different sizes and it’s battery is known as a box mod. They come with loads of customization options as well as powerful batteries which enables more energy being drawn from the coils to achieve greater vapour volume.



# DANGERS OF SMOKING CIGARETTE <h3>
Cigarette smoking as we all know is hazardous to our health as it's responsible for one out of every five deaths in the US, according to Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Despite various warning from doctors, friends and family, negative adverts about smoking cigarette some people still go ahead with it. It’s really funny when you see packs of cigarettes in some countries with inscriptions on them “that smoker are liable to die young” and yet people still patronize the product. Well, here are some of the adverse health effect of smoking cigarettes and why you should stop as it could result in;

-lung cancer
-Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
-Heart and blood related problems
-Damaged skin and hair
-Infertility
-Pancreas and liver disease
-People around you are not safe as they are exposed to second hand smoking which is more dangerous.

# WHY YOU SHOULD VAPE RATHER THAN SMOKE CIGARETTE <h3>
Vaping is known to be a better alternative to smoking, if you are willing to quit or can’t just do without smoking, here are some of the positive reasons why you should consider switching to vaping;

# 1.Reduced Health Risk: <h3> A recent study undertaken in the United Kingdom suggest that’s vaping can be up to 95% healthier than smoking. The major benefit of vaping is that fact the that it leaves you at lower health risk, this is because vaping provides most of the benefits of smoking at very low health costs, e-cigs are smoke free and produces vapors unlike the  traditional cigarette. Traditional cigarette contain loads of litany chemicals, many of which may be considered carcinogenic or cancer causing. According to the centre for disease control and prevention, smoking harms nearly every organ in the body. The lungs takes most of the damages when a smoker inhales over 4,300 chemicals including 69 carcinogenic or cancer causing chemicals form the cigarette.

# 2.Flavours: <h3>

E-cigs comes alongside with interesting e-liquid flavours, making the vaping experience more enjoyable as well as welfare improving. Vapers have many flavours they could choose from, normal cigarette smokers trying to quit smoking and resort to vaping usually got an alternative flavour that they liked thereby helping them switch completely to vaping.

# 3.It’s Cheaper: <h3>  Electronic smoking is way cheaper and helps in saving money. Today, a good quality pack of cigarette would cost as much as 7$-12$, That means an individual that smokes a pack per day would spend as much as 210$-360$ per month compared to an e-cig set that could cost 300$ and refilled with new liquids at 20$-30$ per month. Also e-cigs are not taxed under the same methods as traditional cigarette and can be easily purchased online.

# 4.Improved Social Experience: <h3> E-cigarettes do not produce odour and residue like cigarette smoke, the smell of a cigarette could be disgusting and overpowering as well has have an adverse effect (second hand smoking) on bystanders. E-cigs produce only little water vapor which carries with it little or no odour thereby posing no health threats, most non users find the smell of nearby vaping to be mildly pleasant which is as a result of  the e-juice/liquid flavor.
