Maybe. The only public email would be his University email at Cambridge. The problem with that is that they usually filter out anything external. The further question would be what would Steemit offer someone of his stature. Simply sending him an email asking him to join even if he were accessible would likely result in ending up in his trash folder. If someone sent me a random email about some site I have never heard of I would assume it was at best spam and at worst a scam. These things need to be done with some thought to get the pitch right and it may well be too early for him. If we think of it in transaction terms he has no impetus to take a chance on us. On the other hand a small to medium sized blogger would be a much better person to target.
