Basic Principles of Success- Part 5

Mark any destructive belief you have about work, health, social life, friendship, and so on. and try to replace it positively.
You can do this writing in writing and complement the list continuously.
Repeat or write new and positive affirmations every day for two months or just until you feel the effect of changing your mindset.
Make good habits.

For starters, compose a list of any habits you want to change, and which you feel is hindering development.
Describe a way that is right for you to help you change your habits and motivate you.
You can also put a motivating message next to your computer, bedside or other prominent place to remind you of the change you have taken and inspire you.

When you decide to make a change in your habits, no matter what, commit yourself to 100%, give it up to this task in order to be able to achieve your goals.
