FEAR OF FLYING

Another frustrating attempt at uploading to ntopaz - didn't work, have to add the image on steemit.

I have the same experience with ntopaz. The whole interface with its ridiculous limitations is just a disaster. I just spent 20 minutes to upload an image.

Yeah, same problem with me also @thermoplastic, i ve spend more than an hour trying to upload my artwork at @ntopaz and when i finally managed it i had to re edit everything at steemit... Beautiful artwork, true surrealism and some elements look so contemporary. I guess true art can be relevant even after 40 years:)

 I think that a tribe in Africa uses a primitive form of bungee jumping as a rite of passage. The purpose is for the youngster to overcome his fears and be ready to face the life of an adult person with courage.

<b>Land diving</b>
Land diving (known in the local Sa language as Gol and in Bislama as Nanggol) is a ritual performed by the men of the southern part of Pentecost Island, Vanuatu. The precursor to bungee jumping, men jump off wooden towers around 20 to 30 meters (66 to 98 ft) high, with two tree vines wrapped around the ankles. Land diving is done without any safety equipment, except for the vines. The tradition has developed into a tourist attraction.
