Gasthaus Zum Rheintal in Küssaberg

Mein letzter Besuch im Gasthaus Rheintal war Anfang des Jahres. Ich wa schon mehrmals dort, ein oder zweimal im Jahr seit 2017, da ich in Bad Säckingen ausstellte und zu diesen Zeiten bei meinem Freund Wolfram in Küssaberg wohnte.
Das Lieblingslokal für ihn und seine Freunde, sowie ein Treffpunkt für die Einheimischen, dieses Gasthaus erfüllt alle Erwartungen an bodenständiger und herzhafter Küche in Deutscher Tradition. Doch die Inhaberin Carmen Schäuble ist auch auf Österreichische Küche spezialisiert (sie hat ihren Beruf in Österreich gelernt), und als alter Wiener muss ich sagen dass ich bei ihr das beste Wienerschnitzel außerhalb Wiens gegessen habe, traditionell auf Wiener art serviert, mit gemischten Salat. Suppen und Vorspeisen sind köstlich und mit Liebe zubereited. Am Salatteller alleine kann man sich satt essen, also man muß sich Zeit nehmen. Am Besten mit ein oder zwei Glas Bier (selbst habe ich selten mit einem Glas genug).

Hier ist eine Runde nach dem Essen, mit Freunden und dem Stadtpfarrer sowie Carmen die sich dann zum Plaudern zu uns setzte.

Also im April 2017 war es ein langer Abend, das Bier floss reichlich und Carmen spendierte etliche Runden Schnaps, so es war spät als wir uns verabschiedeten - en letzter Blick zurück auf den Eingang:

Nun ist es so dass ich jedes Mal vergessen habe Bilder von und während der Mahlzeit aufzunehmen.
