My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2020

good physique is one of the factors to be considered when considering fitness. Likewise, a word that almost always surfaces when talking about fitness is protein. Protein is one of the three macronutrients that our bodies need to function properly. The other two macronutrients are fat and carbohydrate.

It was a lazy day, sketchy work and a quick return home, and the day was over. This is why I could not make much more points than a little over 5000.
