Ready for the Race (My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2019)
@actifit before going to bed.
Before, I have prepared all my running stuff for tomorrowโ€™s race.

My aim tomorrow is not to get a PB on a 10K race but to perform a good workout by helping one friend of mine to achieve it.
He wants to break the 40โ€™ time and to do so we have been training together during the last 6 weeks.
Iโ€™m pretty sure he can manage but you never know what will happen on a race.
Temperature, humidity, wind or simply it may not be your day in terms of feelings and health.

The race starts at 9 AM and we will meet 1 hour before in order to do a good warmup.

Sometimes I feel more satisfied by helping others than running for my own objectives, I am deliciously excited now๐Ÿ˜‚.
