My Sanatorium

I just finished a 8.302km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:12ss !

Yep, this is my place of stress evasion indeed.
Since the start of the year I am suffering a terrific workload which, despite it was totally expected, it is really affecting on the time I can dedicate to the second activity I love the most, steeming.
Because the first activity is obviously the RUNNING!!!
And of course it is this last one that provides memore benefits for my soul right now and for sure it will be in the future.
Coming back to my training today:

3 Block of 4 repetitions of 400m, starting the first at 4'/km and ending the last repetition of the last block at 3'15"/km which is not bad since I run on soil and the day was really windy.
The recovery between repetitions has been of 1' jog, between blocks 2'30" jogging as well so, a good intensity and volume indeed but still far of my best shape.
Step by step, the most important here is to keep building!
