Oto mboro is a local dish in Akwaibom State,loved and cherished by all.

In most of their traditional ceremonies,hardly would this dish be missed,it is healthy and delicious.


## INGREDIENTS

* Unripe banana
* salt
* Maggi
* onions
* meat
* fish
* periwinkles
* palm oil
* vegetables/scent leaves
* seasoning for your meat and fish

## METHOD OF PREPARATION

* Grate your unripe banana

* Steam your assorted meat and fish with the seasoning and allow to boil
* Add your periwinkles,allow to boil for 5-10 minutes
* Add your palm oil and allow for 5 minutes
* Add your grated banana using a spoon or using your hands like you are adding it like balls
* Do not stir just cover and allow to boil for 10 minutes
* add your vegetables stir and allow to cook
* Taste for Maggi and salt
then your oto mboro is ready to be served
