[일상] 암호화폐 과세

드디어 암호화폐도 과세를 하는군요. 올 9월 정기국회에서 관련 법을 통과시키기 위하여 준비를 하겠다고 하는군요.

과세 방식은 양도세로 결정할 것 같습니다. 거래세가 적절할 것 같은데, 어려움이 있는 것 같군요.

 거래·채굴·공개(ICO)에 대해서도 모두 세금을 물리겠다는데요. 채굴은 좀 애매한 부분이 있습니다. 어쨌거나 노력이 들어가는데 원가를 얼마나 인정을 할지가 관건이군요. 아마도 30-40% 정도 비용 인정을 해주는 선에서 결정이 날 것 같습니다.

과세 방법이 양도세로 결정이 난다면 동일 자산에 대해서는 손실도 수익에서 빼 주게 됩니다. 따라서 존버 중인 코인들은 내년 과세이후에 파는 것이 좋습니다. 물론 다른 암호화폐로 수익이 났다는 가정하에 세금 분 만큼 손실액 수익 보전이 됩니다.

세금없이 수익을 낼 수 있는 기회가 올해 말까지이니, 매매 잘해서 수익많이 냅시다.
