Food Sharing #153 - 喜多方 ラーメン @ Tokyo, Japan 
Hi Everyone,

One of the must-have food in Japan has to be a bowl of Ramen. Today I am to share with you a really nice ramen shop found near Kinshicho JR station. There is always a line when we walk past every day so thought we should try it out once this time. It was around 8pm and there was still a bit of a wait but we got a seat after a 10 minutes waits.

Let’s have a look at their menu. There were lots to choose from and you have options to add gyoza or small rice bowls or extra toppings if you want to make your meal more epic. My mum and I both chose the Ajitama Ramen which comes with pork and the nice Japanese egg.

Here it is! The soup smells so nice and rich. The noodle texture was really soft but chewy and it was just perfect. I have to say this may be the best bowl of ramen I had this year. The egg was good but the pork was a bit ordinary. This is probably the noodles was the star for this dish today. It was delicious!!! I wish I could just bring the ramen noodles home! There was plenty of seating and had simple English on the menu so there was no challenge when ordering. Be sure to go early to avoid having to wait in line for too long.

大家好，去日本就一定要去吃拉麵. 今天想介紹一間叫 喜多方 ラーメン， 在 Kinshicho JR 站走路3分鐘. 這裡每天都要排隊所以心想應該是很好吃所以要試試。 我跟媽咪叫了兩碗 Ajitama 拉麵 - 有燒肉和雞蛋做配料. 拉麵來的時候湯味很濃. 燒肉我覺得一般，雞蛋非常好，但拉麵真是超好吃. 口感非常好，很爽，真是好好吃. 這裡還有飯，餃子等等讓客人配拉麵. 不想排隊就要早一點去不然吃飯的時間就要等很久.

What a coincidence.. I just had Ramen for dinner tonight with a friend in a restaurant known as Ippudo.
I think it's a chain because I've seen it in Malaysia and now in Vietnam.
Didn't take any photo though since I was the host :)
