Why wouldn't he name someone?... Because it probably wasn't sold at all. 

All this B.S. is a cover for @zeartul to take the money and run. There was a transfer just 9 hours ago to his account from @bellyrub.

And now, since he "doesn't own" @bellyrub and has no source of income, he won't be able to pay back his depositors in @bellyrubbank (which also doesn't make sense that he would own that account and not the actual @bellyrub, right?)...

This ridiculous excuse, combined with the many problematic things mentioned in your post, leads me to believe this is all just a ruse to steal money. This smelled to high hell as soon as he promised 40% APR, and it stunk even worse when he continued to solicit "deposits" after failing to make the last payments.

Shame on you, @zeartul. I hope I'm wrong and you make right by the people who entrusted you with their money - but given your nonchalant nature about missing the last payment and the "transfer" of your account, I'd be really, really surprised if you did.
