Original photo, no filter. Look what the wind blew in. The first day of winter is on December 21 so as of today that puts us a month and a half away. Each day that passes it's going to get a bit colder. No longer are there bright lush flowers and plants, lately things have gone into hibernation. But I feel photos like these show a different side of mother nature, equally beautiful in it's own regard. The transition from summer to fall, fall to winter. Leaves on the ground one of the first indicators in what's to come. Pay attention. Burnt orange leaves put off that November feel.
